Your digital orders such as life drawing session passes or video lessons will be delivered to you instantly or as quickly as technology permits. Please check your email for details and be sure to look into spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Return policy
Due to the nature of these items, we do not offer returns on digital merchandise. All digital sales are final. If you can’t attend a workshop, lab, or drawing session on the scheduled day, you will be issued a store credit. You can attend the next available event using this credit. Please contact us with any questions you might have. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping within USA on all orders over $65. International shipping starts at $37 and depends on the package size and destination.
Shipping Time
Currently, we ship within the contiguous US states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Internationally via USPS, UPS, FeDex, or DHL. Your order should be processed within 2-5 business days. We ship directly from the artist’s studio in Texas, and the shipping should take 3-10 business days depending on the destination. International packages typically take 10-28 days.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to a number of countries all over the globe. These include Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom at the moment. If you don’t see your country, feel free to reach out to us and we might be able to help you.
Where’s my order?
We aim to ship all orders as fast as we can, which usually takes 2-5 days. Occasionally, some orders slip through cracks, so if your order is taking longer or you haven’t received tracking information, please contact us with your order number and we’ll figure it out.
Return policy
We will gladly replace any defective or damaged products, including return shipping, reported within 3 days of receipt. Any refunds or exchanges not due to our mistake will incur a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the damage and pictures of the items and packaging. Please send the pictures to contact@tsofa.com along with your order number and a description of the issue.
